2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve booking dates. Final fees depend on group size, location, event type, and customization needs. Full payment is due before service delivery.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are issued according to our cancellation policy (see service pages). Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. No Clinical Therapy

Riki Yvette Westmoreland is not a licensed therapist. Our offerings are expressive, creative, and educational in nature.

5. Content Ownership

All original characters, materials, and experiences are intellectual property of Riki’s World Butterfly Therætainment™. You may not record, distribute, or reproduce without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
